At Carpet Warehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flooring choice, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard-sized area rugs and unopened flooring accessories. Please note that custom-cut carpets and used padding are final sale and cannot be returned.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

Prepare the Package

Securely wrap your item in its original protective plastic packaging or a heavy-duty equivalent to ensure the fibers remain clean during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
