How do I calculate how much carpet I need for my room?
To calculate the required yardage, measure the length and width of your room at the longest points. We recommend adding 10% to your total square footage to account for trimming, pattern matching, and waste during installation.
What is the difference between plush, berber, and frieze carpets?
Plush carpets have a smooth, even surface ideal for formal areas. Berber features dense loops that are highly durable for high-traffic zones. Frieze has twisted fibers that create a shaggy look, perfect for hiding footprints and vacuum marks.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Yes, Carpet Warehouse partners with certified local installers. You can add professional installation to your order at checkout, and a specialist will contact you to schedule a pre-installation measurement.
How are your carpets shipped and delivered?
Large carpet rolls are shipped via specialized freight carriers to ensure they remain flat and undamaged. Smaller area rugs are shipped via standard ground couriers. You will receive a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I request samples before making a full purchase?
Absolutely. We offer 6x6 inch swatches for most of our styles so you can see the color and feel the texture in your own home lighting before committing to a full roll.
What is your return policy for cut-to-size carpets?
Because cut-to-size carpets are customized to your specific measurements, they are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Standard-sized area rugs can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
